Yes others did get that survey. Yahoo got Survey Monkey to send out a survey, they have used them before.

Yahoo is thinking of having an Answers app on mobile and are gathering information to decide if it is wanted or needed.

The survey is legit and clearly indicates it is about Mobile.

I got one. It isn't bad. They want to know what they want to call it when they expand answers, who much time you spend, why you do this, stuff like that.
