Is Cam Newton a one season wonder?

Everybody was saying last season he is all this and that.

But he looks like a one season wonder to me.

They was all saying about Matt Ryan back in 2010 he would be the next Brady etc.

He good but has done hardly anything.

Now the pundits are saying it about Wentz will be great (he maybe) but don't say this until he has played at a constantly high level for at least 4 seasons like the greats Brady, Peyton Manning and Rodgers.

Even the Older players was great for years Montana,Elway Marino there are many more.

He's finding out how hard it is to get continued success in the NFL.

No. He has played solid in the past just not as great as people thought. Denver found something during the Super Bowl that now everyone is following, which is force Newton to throw to the outside and mix up blitzes and coverage schemes.

Actually, it depends on his work ethic during every offseason. If Cam Newton works hard and performs very well in practice every day, he will greatly improve his chances of becoming an elite NFL quarterback in the future, as well as greatly reduce his risk of being a one-year wonder.

He has the skill set but between the ears is the question. His team has also been exposed. They need better help on both sides the ball. Mainly d.

You mean a HALF season wonder. He sucked the first half so badly that he didn't even end the season with 60% COMP or 100.0 QBR.
