Why is my avatar sometimes square and sometimes round? Hacking give away?

Friend sent me email saying I'd been hacked, contact list for yahoo. Changed password right away. On answers I have square avatar and mail etc it is round. Running malware check program(s).... Appreciate any answers

    If you changed your password and deleted any security questions you may have had- they aren't used anymore- then you should be fine.

    You are incapable of seeing, I would guess, how this sounds so much like the ravings of someone in delirium state.... I suggest you see a mental health practitioner as soon as possible BE CURSED.
