Is it illegal to publish bonus amounts presented to an employee?

Employees at our company are awarded a bonus for bringing in employee candidates if the candidate is hired, and is employed with us for 6 months.

The employee is presented with the bonus amount at the end of her/his referral goes over the 6 month anniversary

Is it illegal to put the employee and the amount of the bonus to all the other employees in order to motivate them to bring in new talent?

No, employees have little rights in the US.

They can make you work 18 hours a day and it is not against the law.

Of course not. I'm wondering why you think it would be? It's their money, they can tell anyone they want how they spend it.
