SO it didn't use a gun. Did the enraged suspect use a gun? Nope he just kicked three...count em....one, two, three a$$e$!

Why did it get it's a$$ kicked? Because it was afraid to fight back and was too petrified to pull it's weapon.

Sure enough, you can try to kick anybody's a$$ you run across but feeling like and happening to find doesn't equate being able to. Just having the balls to go out and find a random person don't mean $hit.

Sorry it didn't take a beating. It just got beaten and sent to the hospital.

Is it progress? Only if you agree if it did pull a weapon and shot to kill in "fear of it's life" the shooting would be legally justified. So if it only got a beating (that you think was "taken") then the handed out beating should also be just a legally justifiable.

But I doubt it will be. Law enforcement is going to cry, whine and pi$$ themselves until they can beat, shoot or run over every suspect at will and scot free.

Yes...lethal force should only be used as a result of equal lethal force.....If she can't defend herself in a fist fight with out shooting the person dead or at the very least holding out for back up, then she shouldn't be a cop

progress no. and i don't condone her being beaten. but is it the fault of the public and media this happened. ill say partially but law enforcement can also take some of the blame for the scrutiny because of some of their over zealous actions.

Why let women become police officers if they are this much of a liability? They can't defend themselves without using a gun.

Leftists are already in damage control mode, either claiming the officer really wasn't that injured or that the whole thing was a set-up.
