How does one find a way and break this APP "BROKERS" ?
These app companies forms a bridge between consumers and businesses, are similar to "brokers" who takes on a fee for being the so called middle person.
Its call manipulation, monopolization in certain aspect. There aren't rules that to govern this.

Whatever kind of broker you are talking about will be regulated on a state and possibly a federal level. Check out the laws in your area. For instance if you are talking real estate broker then you could check with your local board of Realtors and ask them.
