Deportation of Reefugee , Need any expert testimony of treatment of Jewa in Moscow to plead case?

Ok so right now I am trying to help my cousin who unfortunately never got around to getting his citizenship. When our family immigrated here we came as refugees because 1990 USSR broke up and all hell broke lose . I already had one family member who did get deported back to Moscow and it did not turn out good for him. I mean he did get settled in met his wife had kids but had gotten stomped to death literally by the police over there. Trust me it was not because he said anything bad or did anything stupid its because they are completely violent towards any Jews over there . So now I am going through it with my cousin Danny being in immigration prison. I thought they couldn't kick out Refugees but apparently they dont care. He is going to represent himself we are having a hard time finding a attorney in Atlanta Georgia and we reside in Los Angeles CA. So what I am hoping to find is Expert testimony of the treatment of Mountain Jews in Moscow to prove that yes it is that bad . Honestly the reason he went in to jail was stupid he got lots of tickets in Atlanta Georgia and it messed his driving record up. He did not have the money so he decided I will just turn myself in and get them cleared
