If I pedal in reverse on my Stationary Bike, {15 minutes}, am I still getting a good workout?

    Doesnt matter which direction you're pedalling in, 15 minutes is a decent warm-up, but not much of a workout.

    Good workout on an indoor stationary bike? I'm laughing. 15 minutes is nothing.

    Why do you want to pedal backwards ? 15 min is just a warm up.
