capitalizing off of white american's?

We are generalized in a nice little neat box of don't expect much to the point that I have been using this to get further ahead than if I was the "default race" You see... 3 people go for a job interview. Asian men, white men and black men. They are all exactly the same. High school diploma, no criminal background and average skills. The job that they will be getting is a high class job that highers high-school diplomas ONLY if they posses a sought after special skill.

Usually they higher college educated grads with great work experience. Now the Asian and white men gets rejected instantly while being laughed at for even considering or thinking they could get this job with such a low resume. But the black gets in and starts making a whooping $75,000 a year!

why? affirmative action maybe? NO... the answer is actually quite subtle but clear as day. As a white person you are a default. You are the common joe. They get applications from white men with your experience daily and by the boat loads... why? because you are a majority. The only white men who gets in with your level of skill are the ones with a very very very rare skill. something that separates him from among all the boat loads full of white men just like him....

while the average black men on the other hand is viewed by the average white person as lower, less intelligent and ghetto makes the normal black person which is already rare in american because of being a minority look like a genius... because most don't expect him to be that well educated in the first place so they are shocked! so he gets hired on the spot.. for doing ... well... nothing special really.

It is this institutionalized racist system that allows us normal and intelligent blacks to excel into various fields that should have otherwise been out of reach and exclusive only to those top 1% of geniuses. I should know as I work side by side everyday with Harvard graduates at the (NSA)

when all I did was join the air force intelligence field which isn't hard to get into already as you can tell by my writing and received a top-secret clearance while being...black. I only have a high school diploma. Not an ivy league degree so why am I making $125,000 a year at age 25? Because I am a normal person when they expected me to be less.
