why is this section used as a dumping ground for racist questions?

All Categories > Travel > Vietnam > Da Lat

One or more persons who are at the required level have the power to move questions from their original section.
I saw an answer to this once that said because no-one ever looks at small sections live Travel>Vietnam>Da Lat they use it as a dumping ground to move "unpleasant" questions from their original catagory.
It annoys me, I will say that.
