    He isn't the mover, that is Hobbes or Charlie in his dreams. Hobbes also copies other users names to ask troll questions, he was probably the troll who was imitating your account.

    He has a long history of moving questions and cloning accounts for mischief.

    It can't be him, his accounts are never open for that long, to get him to level 7 but, there are Enough Trolls who does enjoy moving questions.
