Kitty farts spreading infection? This may sound sound humorous, but... I give my kitty grief about her seemingly constant bad-smelling gas.?
Maybe she just saves it for me.;-( Any way I was in the library earlier and my farts were smelling like hers. Are we being poisoned together because I've never made those smells before. Should I consider a murder-suicide scenario if it persists?

I will try to give this trollish sounding question a serious answer. If your cat has bad farts, it is because it is having a hard time digesting something it is eating. Don't give your cat cow's milk or anything made with cow's milk. If you don't give your cat milk, change foods. Ask your vet for advice on a new food. Farts don't spread infection. You must have eaten something that is hard for you to digest, also, although not necessarily the same thing the cat ate.

Well...you probably share some digestive bacterial with your cat. This is totally normal and I recently read an article about allergies, kids that have pets are LESS likely to have allergies AND they tend to share gut bacteria with their pets. There is not a causal link that is known, but there IS a link.
My kitties digestive odors were affected by his food. If you think your kitty is especially smelly, change it's food.
