How do I turn off the "Edit" function for another member's answer?
I have found that for a very rare few questions that I answer, the "Edit" button is disabled. How do I apply that same effect for another member's answer?

If you answer a question the edit is not there any longer once it has a best answer given or if you were blocked after you answered. The only way to stop someone else from editing their answer is to block them after they have answered. That will only work on individual answers.

You cannot do anything to another member's posts,and neither should you have the right to.
