What is the best way to get taveling information for a vehicle in Israel?

I will be renting a car in Israel & I am looking for information on driving instructions to get from place to place. Anyone have some good info?

    Very easy for car-ing a drive. Alls Jewish know much places of Israel and bonus is the speak the English very nice!

    For rent so expensive with many tax and insurances but with many army soldiers everywhere you stop with car brakes, lower window, and ask for help. Don't forget tipping. They like this very - very much!
