You can accept it, because it's a free country and it's your own body, so it's your own choice.
But the consequence is that you'll die early, and you're basically accepting a state of living that is less than mediocre. Also, you unnecessarily worry your friends and family with your state of healthy; and furthermore, you're unnecessarily stretching your country's healthcare system, so many people around you will not take kindly to your body shape and will find you selfish, a slob and lazy.
If you can live with these consequences, then -yes- it is okay to accept obesity.

It is up to you whether to accept obesity or not. But before taking step you must know the consequences of the result of obesity. In adults, obesity are linked to increased risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes (high blood sugar), high blood pressure, certain cancers, and other chronic conditions. Now you think whether to accept it or not.

No, not if you seriously considers the complications associated with obesity.Three of them are diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease. These are health problems formerly considered characteristic mostly of adults. However, according to the U.S. Institute of Medicine, 30 percent of the boys and 40 percent of the girls have a lifetime risk of being diagnosed with obesity-related type 2 diabetes.

Not if you want to stay out of the ER at your hospital especially as you get older heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, hyper tension, high cholesterol heart attack and stroke.
By keeping the weight off and staying fit you increase the odds of having a longer life and not
going through hell I don't want to be hooked up to a bunch of machines to keep me alive when I get older.

Is not so important to be supple but is important to run 10-20 minutes every day and to not eat to unhealhty.
If you are healthy and with a good fizical condition is enough.
