No, believe it or not people survived long before facebook. If they did something that warrants their account being deleted it's their fault. But know that if you report them and they are doing nothing wrong you'll have your account deleted.
Now if you're saying you have their password a nd are going to delete it yourself. That's illegal and they don't have facebook in prison.(okay i lie they do have facebook in prison.. just remember to shove a cell phone in your *** before they pick you up)
