The US doesn't have to ban Sharia. If any law compels people to do something for religious purposes, it's unconstitutional. Any Sharia type law would get shot down before or soon after it was passed. Anyone trying for force someone to adhere to Sharia, which is not US law, against their wishes, are breaking the law.

    No.

Sharia law includes a lot of elements that are not illegal, including prescriptions for hygiene etc. No reason to ban the whole thing.

Where Sharia law comes into conflict with our own laws, our own laws win. As it already is for any religion, or at least is supposed to be.

Sharia law is opposite to our constitutional law. Sharia law - if you are a homosexual , that is crime worthy of death. So NO. It is also legal to beat your wife, rape your wife... and basically hurt people :: for no other reason than their beliefs

The only law in the US should conform to the US Constitution.

It never existed in the US in the first place.
