Sudoku experts needed. Can't complete puzzle.?

Lately, it seems I can't finish these puzzles. For example, in this one, I seem to be stuck here. I've reduced all candidates to double using the xy wing method. I'm not sure how to finish this.

You know that Row 5 Column 6 CANNOT be a 5

If R5C6 WAS a 5, then R4C5 has to be the 1, this then means that R4C6 must be the 6. This means that both options in R2C6 cannot be correct, Column 6 already has both a 5 in R5C6 and a 6 in R4C6

Therefore the original "assumption" that R5C6 is a 5 is FALSE

    Therefore R5C6 is a 1

Can you take it from there?
