What happens to the lawsuits against Trump now that he is president elect,?

Update:

specifically the suit against his phony university will it go forward or will they now have to drop it?

  • He recently settled that lawsuit for 25 million, some are saying it's fortuitous to wait until after he's sworn in as that will likely increase the likelihood that he will settle his plethora of lawsuits and at a higher rate......

    I pretty sure that sitting presidents are immune to prosecution during their time in Office

    They continue as before. He didn't suddenly become immune from prosecution.
