Well if he thinks you are not good enough, then there's no point in pursuing him any further. He was a complete jackass to just say it out loud, but still it's better than stringing you along or giving some lame excuse. People have different tastes, and if he likes a certain kind of appearance, then so be it. We can't really begrudge a person for his/her tastes.

This happen to me when I was younger. He wanted a bad girl and I was a good girl. He just prefer bad girl because there fun but it's whatever I know there's better fish in the sea! Hope that helps.
