Fitbit: no heart rate graph after 12pm?
It shows my heart rate on a graph from midnight to noon (even when it's like, 11:30) but the chart goes blank at noon until the next day? Also, how do I make calories burned less sensitive? And is the heart rate accurate?

Don't know about the graph, it's always been a bit finicky with me. It's sometimes there and sometimes not.
I've taken my pulse while using it. It's close enough that it doesn't matter. If it says 100, you might be at 105, which doesn't mean anything. If it said 100 and you were really at 125, that would be a problem.
Calories. You burn calories by being alive (bmr). So if your bmr is 2400 calories per day. They'll add 100 calories each hour (2400/24=100)....but it'll add minute by minute. So if you work out for an hour and it says you burned 360 calories...You'd subtract 100 to show how much that workout burned on top of what you naturally burn.
Studies have shown it's roughly 10% off in calories burned. So if you burn 3000 calories today....subtract your bmr....in this case 2400....that's 600. 10%=60
600-60=540. Close enough.
