Is working to kill bad people bad?
I know killing people is bad thing but when comes to this question, maybe sounds a little stupid instead of capturing, but when a policeman has to shot criminal or when an assasin is tasked to kill target is that bad as a sin?

The only stupid part of your question is you assuming some moral equivalence between a cop and an assassin.
Note you said, "...when a policeman HAS to shoot a criminal..." When the cop does that, it's in enforcing the law and most likely in self-defense.
The assassin however, is making the conscience choice of killing someone. It was their intent from the onset.

world works just thx to men who are able to kill well.. so if u are a good assassin and u use your talent for the right person you will have one of the highest paid job in the world
