Need advice asap. How can I get her to finally "hangout" with me?

I've been talking to a girl on Facebook for about 4 months now. Maybe a few weeks after I first started talking to her, she said "maybe we can hangout sometime", and of course I said yeah.

Maybe It was a mistake, but maybe 6 weeks after I first talked to her, I told her I liked her, but it didn't seem like she was very interested. However, I asked if she still wanted to meet, and she said yes.

About a month ago, I asked if she wanted to go to a specific place (I won't bother saying where) and she said she'd like to go. However, when I was more specific and asked "do you want to go next weekend, she said "maybe."

Now, sometimes she doesn't respond, or takes a long time to respond. A few weeks back I said "Honest question: Do you even want to meet" and she said yes again. I know she plays basketball and has school to deal with, but I don't know when/if I'll meet this girl.

Earlier this week after a 10-15 minute conversation, I said "are we still meeting up at some point?" and she said "some point." Today I said "What do you have in mind when you say some point. Any idea when that will be?" She didn't respond, but she was online.

*I know you'll probably say to give it up, or "she's not interested, but I can't just give up after all of her times saying she is still interested in meeting. I'll give up if she says no, but for now I just want one little chance to meet her and see if she'd like me. Maybe she would, but I'll never know if I never get the opportunity to meet.
