Why am I unable to vote in yahoo answers? I am not blocked. I am not on level one. A simple answer would help.?

Update:

I was unable to vote thumps up or down or even post an answer. Not sure if that is working now.

Update 2:

Looks like someone fixed the problem. There is still voting up and down. And, for answering questions.

    There is no voting in Yahoo answers. It has not been available for years. There is only thumbs up and down which might be level 2 and up. I have not checked lately. That is not voting. It is just your opinion of the answer. The person who gets best answer also gets 1 point for each thumbs up.

    YA changed format years ago,& did away with voting.
