That's a gable barn with lean-to bays added on.
It's a bit simplistic to say they're "added on" but if you strip away the lean-to portions at each side, what is left is a very simple gable barn. The lean-to additions hugely expand the building's flexibility for storing equipment under cover but not taking up valuable enclosed space.
