There are multiple problems here:

First, PER is a terrible stat. It ignores 90% of defense, and encourages ball hogging. I never even look at this stat because it tells you nothing useful.

Second, career averages are a dumb way to judge players. It punishes players who keep playing past their prime, even if they're still above average players in the league. Instead, you need to look at career highs for seasons and then incorporate longevity.

PER says Shaq is the best center of all time, David Robinson is the 2nd best center of all time, Bob Pettit is the best PF of all time, and Chris Paul is the best PG of all time. It says Blake Griffin is better than Kevin Garnett, Kevin Love is better than Moses Malone, and Yao Ming is better than Jerry West. It says Brook Lopez is a top 50 player all time, while Scottie Pippen isn't in the top 120.

So what I am trying to say, is that you are either being dumb on purpose to annoy people, or you are actually dumb.

PER stat's do not tell the whole story, and Kobe is not in the top 10 all time and nor should he be
