If you can reflect visible light with a mirror, can you build a mirror for other forms of EM radiation? I mean, why couldn't you?

    You can.

HOWEVER.....for lower wavelengths than the visible spectrum, optics need to be made from something other than glass because it absorbs rather than reflecting....ditto for higher wavelengths....for IR we typically use calcium fluoride, magnesium fluoride, zinc selenide, germanium, and silicon.....and for UV, lithium fluoride works well....

A mirror probably works well enough for plenty of the other invisible wavelengths.
