Is the quote "legs of stone" a juxtaposition or oxymoron?

Its from ozymandias and it is for my gcse eng lit

    Juxtaposition. A statue can have legs of stone. Fear can cause one to be paralyzed and not be able to move. An oxymoron example is "jumbo-shrimp," a descriptive term made up of a noun and an adjective, usually where the noun sounds like another adjective.
