I get a kick out of how the writer of the article doesn't understand the Cuban Adjustment Act. All a Cuban has to do is enter at a designated point of entry or, if he enters elsewhere go to a designated point of entry and declare himself. He will automatically be paroled and allowed to adjust after a year. The only Cubans hurt by the act are those who enter and try to hide out like an illegal would.
