Are Obama's approval rating so high because everyone is so proud of how he decimated the Democrat party?

Update:

And all this time I thought it was only because everyone is happy to see him leave office after 8 years of his BS.

    Nope, because he did a good job of dealing with the economy. FYI, more people voted Democrat, again in 2016.

    He certainly was one of those few real great Presidents. I have nothing but love and respect for this man. America was so safe and secure while he was President.
