Trump winning the election is obamas 3rd term?

An intelligence analyst friend of mine told me the other day that trump winning the white house is obama 3rd term because he is the last legitimized president and trump is a president with an asterisk beside his name. This guy has a topsecret//sci clearance. so he knows something to provoke him to say this to me. He told me that is the reason why obama is not leaving Washington. He is going to be a shadow president because 3rd terms were outlawed and we cant have trump as president. I asked him about congress and senate and he told me that just because they write laws doesn't mean anything because at the end of the day. its just a paper. He said the power lies in the hands of the people and unfortunately the majority has made its choice so it doesn't matter what electoral , congress, white house, senate does or writes on a piece of paper if they dont have the people to back it up in numbers. he also told me that no one likes Hillary clinton and that the only way she even got as far as she did was because of obama sideline help and even she managed to rally up 3,000,000 more votes than the president - elect. When obama speaks after he leaves the white house he will have the media, and press and majority of americas people behind his words. That is power.... not a piece of paper with executive orders and laws that says to do something.
