02 Chevy Impala cranks but won't start.?
So I just bought this thing and it has some weird issue to were, the battery has juice, you can hear the starter going and everything trying to go but it won't start. If I keep trying till the battery dies then jump it, it starts right up.

I will have to agree with the Taylors. I have seen this on Chryslers mostly but never on a Chevy. That doesn't mean they won't do what you are talking about. Apparently the starter and the battery are at fault. The starter is dragging on the battery preventing a good level of reference voltages for the PCM. Plus the battery may not be strong enough or is the wrong battery in the car. The best thing to do is get the battery tested. If it passes, then pull the starter and have it tested. Good luck.

Sounds like the battery is strong enough to crank the engine, but not strong enough to crank it and to fire the spark plugs. Had one like that, and found it was easier to start by letting go of the key and have it return to 'run' rather than stay in 'start' In other words, several short bursts of the starter rather than one long continuous one.
