Im confused about anime Black Butler?

What is this i finished watching Black Butler 1 now there is book of Murder and book of Circus, and black butler 2 but how is that book of circus and murder can exist when Ciel is turned out to be dead in bb1.Also can somone tell me what is happaning in book of murder and circus.
