    The wall is meant to stop illegal immigration. Mexican and US citizens are still allowed to cross the boarder, but there is a legal process to follow.

    1) most illegals enter legally by plane, not by the border

    2) after the Obama deportations, numbers show that they were more Mexicans returning to Mexico than the ones entering,
