Some people believe that Donald Trump should take a step further and ban Islam altogether and/or some of the other belief systems.?

    "Some people" don't actually believe that the constitution is for us all, regardless of our creed.

    He would clearly have that order overturned by the courts. That would be a clear constitutional violation. I don't doubt that "some people" believe that...but they are morons.
