Is this speech of peace factually correct?

I wrote this speech for one of my intolerant friends, I am Indian and he is Russian, that should explain a lot.

A lot of my people were radicalised, luckily we had Gandhi but there were more radicalised people than peaceful people. But thank god, history does not remember a lot of the evil from my people, thank god, their word has not spread, thank god that we had Gandhi to be the poster-child of the revolution. There has always been terrorism, Islam is not where all the terrorism is. We have mainly only been exposed to the negative side of Islam instead of the positive side. There have been so many peaceful and nice people in Islam. Look at the neo-nazi culture in America like the KKK and the skinheads and Breitbart. We know it's there, like in India we knew about the Hindu terrorists but we still covered them up and we forgot about them. It has all come from hate and freight but there are so many other people who are so much more stronger than then them. Radicalists are all weak, but it is weaker to say that only Islam is the source of terror. I think we need to change from the past and become more tolerant of all and try to fix our mistakes from the past with peace. If the brainwashing has caused me to become more tolerant and more peaceful and to spread the word of peace and tolerance. I don't mind because that's not only what media has taught me, it is what my mum has taught me, it is also what great leaders like MLK, Malala, Obama, Gandhi and my religion has taught me.
