When is digimon fusion season 3 coming out?

the dub? good luck i want to see it too but so far i assume it has come down to 2 scenarios: A) Saban is using all its resources to deal with Digimon Tri. & MMPR and will dub season 3 after or B) they've given up due to low ratings, hopefully its 'A', i want to see Mikey punch out whats his face and i want to see the legendary heroes episode, might as well do it before Joshua Seth retires again.
