Please helps what's wrong with me?

(I'm a 14 year old girl for starters, and healthy...103 pounds). Okay so literally 10 minutes ago I was in my last class of the day and five minutes before we were about to leave I felt extremely confused, like I was dreaming. Every sound made me feel like I was asleep. I started shaking and getting light headed, also hot. Then the bell rings and I leave, then tell my friend and I started feeling better. Now I just feel skaky sweaty and cold from what happened. For the past two weeks I have been having gas problems, where I always feel like I have to fart and poop. Today is the 5th day of my period and it's practically over so I doubt my dizziness is from that. Maybe my dizziness came from sitting next to a really hot guy in my last class because I get really nervous around him, and I get nervous that i accidentally farted because of my gasp problem, so maybe it's from that. Who knows. Also, whenever I think about being dizzy, I get dizzy. I dont know what to do. I'm not going to school tomorrow because it's my last day before spring break and I'm too nervous that if i go I will feel dizzy again. Do you guys think this was from nervousness? Cause i felt normal again after I was out side and around my friends. Im fine now but still kind of shaky and warm after what happened. Maybe I have anxiety? Idk. Someone help :(

drink more water and take quality vitamins and minerals....bring water bottle to school to drink out of....dehydration is too common to be an accident....which means it is omitted from health class on purpose so we seek medical help when we don't need it and hope we start to depend on them instead of ourselves.......
