    See a doctor right away.

    If you're not trolling, then what you do is go to a doctor, see if you're pregnant, and get an abortion.

    If it's too late for an abortion, then you carry the baby to term and give it up for adoption.

    You should also report the rapist to the police, or at least call a rape hotline.
