Where are the actual records of Fenrir's time before he was bound? I've seen references to them but have been unable to locate the actual?

source of those. I've worked my way through the majority of the Eddas and can only find stories of the actual binding and Ragnarok itself. Its for a bit of personal research I'm doing so citing sources is greatly preferred.

If anything exists, it would be in the Codex Regius, which is an Icelandic codex where many Old Norse poems are preserved. It is made up of 45 vellum leaves, thought to have been written in the 1270s. It originally contained a further 8 leaves, which are now missing. It is the sole source for most of the poems it contains.
