how to use dish home Interactive tv?

I have dish network and I am trying to use the dish home channel (the dish button on the remote) and I know somehow I can set channels on that big screen of 6 dif channels I just don’t know what it is can someone please help all I want to do is have the 6 channels display the 6 I want, hoping for any help even a link to a how to but I can’t find anything on Google so I’m asking here

    Call Dish they will send you over a tech guy and get you all set up.
