how do I serve the company that doesn't have registered agent?

as of 02/21/2017 Registered Agent resigned

I filed small claim 2 months ago

and registered agent for this company no longer exists

so looks like this claim will not be valid since company can't be served

    If this is a corporation go to your state's department where corporations are registered. If they don't show a new registered agent, the have the president served.

    What company is it? An Agent is only licensed under an "appointment" with certain carriers. You may be SOL!
