slow to change into reverse, when it does get in gear it sometimes drops down hard. I think I found the right part, what do you think?

2006 Mustang GT, 180K miles, regular maintenance, at 100K got the transmission rebuilt after the 3rd gear broke avoiding someone who cut me off.

After researching found this to be the likely cause, however I could not find if I could get an upgrade.

is there one or should I just get a new part
