Forgiveness doesn't mean exemption from restitution! To receive forgiveness your expected to repent and restore what you took.

In the case of a child molester the offender instead of long prison should simply be surgical casterated given a two year work training and released! They will never be a threat to a child if they don't have the equipment!

It takes 50 thousand dollars a year to imprison these people that get out and reoffend a 5 thousand dollar operation cure the problem

They will be docile productive workers with no desire for sex period

it should be a law and i think it is in some states that a rapist of Children be sterilized so he can not get it up no more. as part of the sentance he recieved. a repeat rapist should be sterilized so that he can not do it again he should be made a Eunuch.
