If the video card came preinstalled in your computer, go to the web site of whoever made your computer and look up your model in their Support / Drivers and Download section. Download and install the latest driver for the video card. (Consider updating all the others drivers while you are there also.)
If you added the card yourself, you will need to go to the web site of whoever made the card and get the driver from there.
