What can I do about being afraid to poop at school?

Sorry for the detailed information I'm about to say. Right when I get to school I have to poop. I always hold it in but then it causes me to feel like I need to pass gas. When I get home and poop I feel better. I'm not scared of pooping at school necessarily, I'm more scared of smelling like poop for the rest of the day. Also, ever since I was little I could never poop sitting down. I always squat with my feet on the seat lol. I don't want people seeing that when they walk by the stalls you know? I also hate going to the bathroom during class so don't tell me to do that. If I spray perfume on me, could that protect me from possibly smelling like poop? One time I did poop at school and my friends told me I didn't smell, and that I smell good like I always do. So please answer these questions.

1) will i smell like poop if i go?

2) what can i do at school about only being able to poop when i squat?

3) can perfume cover up a possible smell?

lmao! If you have to poop just do it. You wont smell like dirty butt if you clean yourself correctly. The only think that more perfume will do for you is make you smell more, just not like poop. Get a small travel pack of wet wipes to wipe with if you need them. And last but not least, sit when you poo.

You are going tohave to look in your closet ant find your big girl pants. You really need to put this chapter away. You are old enough that you can certainly perform the necessary steps to sucsessfully go to the bathroom.

As long as you wipe your butt, you won't smell like poo.  You really need to learn how to go sitting down like everyone else.  I don't know how you could make such a big deal about this.

As said a pack of wipes to supplement the paper is the answer. You also need to adopt a more mature attitude to life.

1) buy a pack of wipes you can fit in your pocket so you can clean your butt better
