It will still be valid, what you will have to be able to do is prove your name change was done legally.

If you have to show your certificates then you show the change of name as well.
It is what we do when females get married.

Of course certs are still valid, most females change their name on marriage and some people change their name legally, it doesn't mean any of their qualifications are void
