I've seen Ema before, and heard people pronounce Emme as Emma. I'd stick to Emma personally.

Emma. Or if you want your daughter to end up getting knocked up at 16 and dancing on a pole at 17, feel free to misspell her name as Emmuhh or some other messed-up spelling.

Ema is cute, and I think it looks more biblical if you want to spell it Emmah. Also, the 'mn' sometimes makes the 'm' sound, so maybe Emna, or Emmna, but that would likely be mispronounced.

Emma, the only correct way. Anything else is just low class, tacky, trashy, hideous, incorrect, illiterate, childish, pathetic, ghetto or trailer park.
