Small tournaments with a fixed buy in and initial chip stack. That's actually the only way I play Hold Em in Vegas. You can find a list of the poker tourneys online. There are new ones starting every hour and usually between $50/$100 buy in. I perfer tourney poker because it eliminates someone coming in with a huge stack and bullying. It sucks playing at a $2/$4 no limit table with $100 and someone sits down with $1000 and goes all in on every hand. With the tourneys, everyone starts equal. Usually the Vegas sit and go tourneys are around 50 people. I've won a handful and finished in the money on a lot. Definitely on the + side with my winnings.

It's a Single Table Tournament. So basically it's played just like a regular tournament except it's only one table. Everyone buy's in for the same amount, gets the same amount of chips and blinds go up after a certain period of time until there's only one player left standing. Payouts structure is usually dependent on the size of the table (example. 10 player table, first gets 60% of the pot, second 30%, third 10%).
