idk only because i have never in my life worn a bit of make up and its only because i have double eyelashes (rare) they are so think I don't need mascara and because the lashes at the root line are so thick it makes my eyes look lined. My skin is flawless because i take good care of it

Yes, it is. You can find it at most Walmarts in the U.S. I HAVE MAX FACTOR FACE POWDER, and FOUNDATION. I buy mine at Walmart, its cheaper. I live in Las Vegas, NV. Some of our Walgreen's, also carry the complete Max Factor line of Cosmetics.
"ANONYMOUS" ^ 100% IS WRONG. He did not bother to do any research on Max Factor. They never stopped selling it in my state. If they did I would not have any. I use their makeup everyday.....and have for over 27 years

It hasn't been sold in the US for many years already. However, it is still quite popular in Europe and you can order it online to get it delivered to the US...
